4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party platforms when you explicitly authorize us. For eBay integrations, our use and transfer of information received from eBay APIs adheres to eBay Developer Program policies, including the eBay Marketplace Account Deletion / Closure Notification requirements.

We do not sell your personal information.

Artificial intelligence. Our AI services (personal AI assistants, custom bots, transcription, OCR, AI-assisted music production) process the content you submit — messages, audio files, documents — through artificial intelligence systems, including third-party AI providers acting as data processors: Anthropic, PBC (Claude language models, USA — Standard Contractual Clauses) and Groq, Inc. (speech-to-text transcription, USA — Standard Contractual Clauses). We do not use AI for automated decision-making producing legal effects on you. AI services delivered through our platform idiotsarewinning.it are governed by their own privacy policy. In line with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the EU AI Act), our AI assistants identify themselves as artificial intelligence, and AI-generated content must not be presented as authentic human work where the law requires transparency.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

7. Account Deletion & Token Revocation

You can revoke any third-party authorization at any time from your provider's account settings (e.g. eBay Account Settings). You may also email us to request deletion of all data associated with your account.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest.

9. Cookies

Our website uses only essential technical cookies. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
